Pakistani robbed Two flee with kilo gold

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 21: Securitymen arrested two GCC nationals for stealing one kilogram of gold bar from a Pakistani trader, while two others remain at large. According to the Pakistani, four men — citizens of GCC countries — entered his shop, inquiring about the price of gold. However, he was surprised when one of them took a bar of gold, weighing one kilogram, and all of them fled from the scene. The shop owner immediately called police, reporting the incident with a detailed description of the thieves. After a thorough search, the officers arrested two of the suspects, who admitted the crime. The search is ongoing for the other two suspects.


Expat hurt in fight: A 28-year-old male expatriate sustained head injuries after exchanging blows with another foreigner inside a commercial complex in Shuwaikh.
Paramedics and police officers rushed to the scene after receiving a call from one of those who witnessed the brawl. The injured was admitted to a nearby hospital, while the other was referred to the concerned security department for interrogation and other legal action.


Cash stolen from car: A Kuwaiti man filed a complaint at Sabah Al-Salem Police Station against an unidentified person who allegedly broke the window of his vehicle and carted away cash amounting to KD 1,500. Securitymen lifted fingerprints from the car to identify the culprit. A case was registered and investigations are ongoing to arrest the thief.


Laptop, mobile phone taken: A Syrian lodged a complaint at Fintas Police Station against an unknown man whom he accused of stealing his laptop and mobile phone.
The complainant told police he was surprised when he found the shattered window of his car. When he checked the contents, he realized the thief had taken his laptop and mobile phone.
The officers lifted fingerprints to identify the thief and investigations are in progress to arrest the suspect.


Shepherd insults official: An official from an agriculture agency filed a complaint at Sulaibiya Police Station against a shepherd, who allegedly insulted him while doing his work at a farm in Sulaibiya.
The shepherd will be summoned soon for questioning to verify the complaint.
