Uzbek citizen selling dogs flees after swindling many
KUWAIT CITY, Sept 14: Police are looking for an Uzbek man for swindling a number of citizens and expatriates, reports Al-Dar daily.
The suspect claimed he is an agent of a company exporting dogs and took advance money from five people, KD 2,000 each, and ‘escaped.’
Licenses pulled: The Mubarak Al-Kabeer traffic police have confiscated the driving licenses of 30 youths and issued citations for making stunts with their vehicles and endangering the lives of other motorists, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. The daily did not give more details.
