Boyfriend lures, sexually assaults girl Romanian trio caught fleeing with money stolen from bank

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 13: A girl filed a case in Qairawan police station against her boyfriend and reported she was lured into a house in the area, where the youth sexually assaulted her. A case was registered for investigation.

Romanian trio : Securitymen affiliated to the General Criminal Evidence Department arrested a gang of three Romanians, in their 20s, for stealing KD 60,000 from the accounts of Kuwaitis within two days by using forged bank cards.
It has been reported the suspects arrived in Kuwait on a commercial visa on Thursday. They immediately carried out the crime and planned a quick escape but they were apprehended at the airport prior to their departure on Friday with the stolen money, amounting to KD 60,000, in their possession. 

Porn-sellers held: Two Asians were arrested by patrol officers in front of the Disabled Club in Nugra area with 900 copies of pornographic CDs in their possession.
Sources said the suspects had aroused suspicion of patrol officers with two heavy bags they were carrying and porno CDs were found after the officers conducted a search on them.
They confessed to selling the contraband to customers at coffee shops in the area and were referred, with the CDs, to the concerned authority.

Cash stolen: A Kuwaiti woman told officers in Sulaibiya police station that unknown people smashed the glass of a vehicle she parked during a visit to the Central Prisons and stole KD 2,000. A case was registered for investigation.

Liquor found in car: A patrol team recovered a stolen vehicle abandoned in Sulaibiya area, with a bottle of liquor inside it.
Sources said the team came across the vehicle which was parked at a suspicious location with its wheels missing and checked its details.
They discovered it had been reported stolen in the same area the previous two weeks, and a bottle of imported liquor was found as the officers conducted a check inside the vehicle. Fingerprints were lifted to trail the thieves.
