Policemen fight outside Kuwait International Airport Kuwaiti, two Asian expats perish in bus, car collision on highway
KUWAIT CITY, Sept 7: Three people, a Kuwaiti and two Asian nationals died and six others were seriously injured when a bus collided with another vehicle on King Fahad Motorway, opposite South Surra. Acting on a distress call the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry received in that regard, paramedics and security operatives rushed to the scene, examined the victims and referred the injured to the Mubarak Hospital, while Criminal Evidences Men carried the bodies to Forensics. A case was registered for investigation.
Policemen fight: Two policemen who were involved in a fight outside the arrival hall at the Kuwait International Airport have been admitted to the Farwaniya Hospital, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
According to security sources a policewoman arrived late for work and when one of the policemen mocked at her the other got angry and this led to the fight.
Kuwaiti arrested: The Jah-ra police have arrested a Kuwaiti man and referred him to the State Security police for criticizing HH the Amir, reports Al-Rai daily.
A police source said a young man called the Operations Department of the Interior Ministry and said his father was abusing HH the Amir.
When the police went to arrest the father, the latter denied the accusation but he was shocked when his son showed police the recorded voice of his father on his cell phone.
