Mango frozen yogurt
Ingredients:
- 1 cup yogurt;
- 1/2 cup of milk;
- 5 tbsp sugar;
- 2 mangoes, peeled and diced;
- 31-2 tbsp of honey;
- pinch of salt (optional)
Method:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Place the bowl of mango yogurt mixture in the freezer, cover it, and set your timer to 45 minutes. After 45 minutes into freezing whisk vigorously, then place it in the freezer for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Whisk vigorously again and then allow the mixture to freeze. After the mixture has frozen, scoop some of the Mango Frozen Yogurt out, place it in a couple of bowls, and top it with some crushed pistachios.
