My wife is currently in Kuwait on a visit visa on my sponsorship. Her visa is up to 16th of September. Is it possible to ask for another 3 months extension?

Answer: No, it is not. You can’t get another extension. The maximum stay allowed nowadays is 3 months and requests for extensions are not entertained. Even when you are filling up the forms to get the visit visa, one of those which you sign clearly states that you will not apply for an extension.
