Notice period is 3 months not 3 working months.
Having worked for 3 years in a school, I resigned on the last working day giving 3 months notice upto 15th Sept 2011. After availing the leave accrued to me, I have rejoined my duties. Now the management says that I cannot leave, as the notice period should be of 3 working months. Please clarify the rule.
