KUWAIT CITY, Aug 22: An unknown person snatched an envelope containing KD 19,000 a Kuwaiti woman had withdrawn from a bank.

The woman called the Operations Room and reported she went to a bank in Jabriya area to withdraw the aforementioned amount and she was surprised when she got out of her vehicle in Faiha area and a man attacked her snatching the envelope. The woman provided police with the description of the suspect, and a case was registered in Faiha police station.

Detectives are expected to trail the suspect using surveillance camera at the premises of the bank in Jabriya, since the thief had clearly followed the woman from Jabriya where she withdrew the money from the bank to Faiha.
