No Indemnity without completing 3 years

I have been working in a private medical centre for the past 18 months (with open contract just 3 months notice). I have resigned and am going back to my home country next month. I would be highly obliged if you could let me know whether I am entitled to any indemnity or service money. I was told by my employer that I will not be given any money as per labor law. I would like to know if there are any changes in this regard in the new Kuwait Labor Law.

Answer:
The company is right. You do not get anything — except pending annual leave salary — if you resign before completing 3 years of service. You, however, do get indemnity if your services are terminated at any point, regardless of how much service you have  put in.
