KUWAIT CITY, Aug 21: The Hawalli police have arrested three Asians for selling porno CDs. They were arrested near a commercial complex at an unidentified location, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. Police are said to have confiscated from the men 35 CDs and referred them to the authorities.

‘Chocolate inspired me’: An unidentified youth who is believed to be in his 20s has been handed over to the police for stealing chocolate from a shop in Hawalli, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
However, during interrogation, the youth said the chocolate, which is in the shape of a Ka’aba inspired him, and that he stole the chocolate out of admiration for the holy place because he has never visited it.
The owner of the shop is said to have pardoned the youth.

Asian woman robbed: Police are looking for unidentified persons for stealing KD 700 from an unidentified Asian woman, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
The daily added the victim works for ‘maids’ recruiting office and the suspects attacked her soon after she left office. The daily did not give more details.

Wanted man nabbed: Officers at the Kuwait International Airport have arrested a Kuwaiti man who was wanted by law in connection with a drug-related crime, reports Al-Rai daily.
He has been handed over to the General Department for Drugs Control.

Stationery ransacked: Police are looking for unidentified burglars who allegedly broke into  a stationery inside a commercial complex in Jahra and stole KD 1,000 cash and valuable stuffs, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints to identify the culprits.
