Will company give release and benefits after termination?
I have already spent 2 years and 11 months in my company, but unexpectedly I have been terminated for a very poor reason. My question is — will my company give me a release? And will I get my benefits?

Answer: Whenever a company terminates you, it has to give you a release. But if it doesn’t, you can always go to the Labour Office in your area and it will do the rest. You can’t be stopped from joining another company. Secondly, you have to get your benefits — indemnity and annual leave salary — for the period you served.
