Termination before contract expires - what are the dues
I was contracted to a private company until 2013 and now have been terminated without any fault of mine after 2-1/2 years with the company. What are my rights and the dues that I should receive from the employer?

Answer: First of all if you had a 5-year fixed time contract the firm should compensate you for the remaining part of the contract. You must check the contract and make sure you are not confusing a 5-year residency with a 5-year contract.
If it is not a fixed term contract then you should only get indemnity for 2-1/2 years plus payment for any unavailed leave.
