KUWAIT CITY, Aug 11: The Ministry of Education has announced the conditions for granting bonus to teachers and administrative staff in public schools, reports Al-Rai daily quoting sources.
Sources explained the teachers and administrative staff should have computer skills and electronic websites for easy communication to be eligible for the bonus. Sources said the committee tasked to lay down the conditions requires teachers, administrative employees, supervisors, principals and educational district directors to use social networking sites.
Meanwhile, sources affirmed a new mechanism for documenting interviews for all specializations and supervisory posts through video will be implemented soon. Sources clarified this is aimed at reducing the number of complaints or objections submitted to the ministry.
