Are you aware of any Amiri Decree/order which says that all work contracts before the invasion are nullified or void? Where can I find it?

Answer: Immediately after the invasion of Kuwait by Iraq, on Aug 2, 1990, an Amiri Decree was issued to nullify all contracts from that day. You can contact the Ministry of Information (archives) to get a copy of the same.
