An Asian died and many other people were injured in traffic accidents recorded in the last few hours. The victim was referred to Forensics while the injured people were taken to nearest hospitals by rescue teams.
The Asian died when two cars collided near Salaam and Sadiq areas, in which another Asian and two Kuwaitis were severely injured and referred to the Mubarak Hospital by rescue officers. Apparently, one of the vehicles crossed a red signal and crashed into the second car. A case was registered.

Meanwhile, a heavy duty truck overturned at Doha Junction due to excess load, causing severe injuries to an Asian expatriate. In another incident, a Kuwaiti citizen in his 20s was severely injured in a two-car collision accident on the Seventh Ring Road. In yet another incident, a 20-year old citizen was injured two cars collided along the Fifth Ring Rood near Bidaa Roundabout. And, two cars collided near Doha Port and resulted in serious injuries and additional fractures to two citizens, 18 and 21 years old respectively.
