I have been working in a company for 5 years and 4 months. I submitted my resignation 15 days ago and my company accepted it. Will I get my indemnity and if yes, how much?

Answer: According to Articles 51 & 53 of the Kuwait Labor Law, you are entitled to two thirds of the total indemnity for your service because you have worked for the company for over 5 years.
You get 15 days pay for each of the first 5 years i.e. 15 x 5 = 75/26 x your pay + 1/3rd of a month’s pay for the 4 months.
