Many injured in traffic accidents KUWAIT CITY, July 12: Two Asians were among the many people that sustained injuries in traffic accidents taking place in various places of the country in the last 48 hours. Rescue teams arrived at the locations and managed the situation accordingly. The Asians were severely injured with additional fractures all over their bodies after their vehicles collided on the Second Ring Road. Acting on information, a team of paramedics and firefighters rushed to the scene and the injured people were taken to the Farwaniya Hospital. Sources said the road was blocked to traffic for a while, but officers removed the debris and traffic was restored. A case was registered. In another incident, an Afghani man and a Pakistani national suffered various degrees of injuries in a two-car collision accident that occurred on the Sixth Ring Road, opposite the Amghara scrap yard. Medical Emergency men referred the injured men to Jahra Hospital for treatment.
A Kuwaiti citizen and a Russian were injured during a collision of two cars along the Arabian Gulf Street. Paramedics accompanied securitymen to the scene, immediately after the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry received a report about the accident, and the injured people were taken to the Mubarak Hospital or medical care. Meanwhile, two people sustained injuries in different places of their bodies when two cars crashed on the Jahra Motorway. A rescue team promptly arrived at the location to refer the injured people to Jahra Hospital where they are receiving medical care. Two cars collided on Fahaheel Expressway and resulted in severe injuries to a Kuwaiti citizen and a GCC national. They were referred to the Adan Hospital by paramedics after the Operations Room had been notified about the accident. And, paramedics carried a Kuwaiti citizen to the Amiri Hospital, in critical condition, following a two-car collision accident in Shaab area. A case was registered.
