Ramadan work timings in Kuwait for Muslims & Non Muslims

This is for clarification only: are expatriate non-Muslims included in the 6-hour working day during Ramadan?

Name withheld

Answer: The Kuwaiti law doesn’t differentiate between Muslims and non-Muslims on any such issue.
Secondly, Article 64 of the Kuwait Labor Law talks of 36 working hours a week during Ramadan. This means those private firms which have a 6-day week have a shift of 6 hours per day while those which have a 5-day week can have just over 7 hours a day. This law is applicable to all expats regardless of religion.
