KUWAIT CITY, July 4: The Director of Public Relations in Ministry of Communications Ahmad Al-Ramadan urges subscribers to pay outstanding telephone bills.
He stressed that the ministry will go ahead to activate the programmed disconnection in the course of this month, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
Al-Ramadan explained that officials will start procedures to cut the service to defaulters by activating the SMS warning system on July 10, which will follow a second warning via landline on July 17, and then disconnection will begin on July 24.
He clarified that the service will automatically be disconnected to private users owing up to KD 50 and commercial users owning KD 100.
