Notice period I joined my current company on 10th August 2001. I have a good offer from another company. I resigned on 1st of July with a 3-month notice (01-July to 30-Sept). Am I entitled to full indemnity (10 years)? No contract between me and company. In this case is the 3-month notice period mandatory?

Answer: Yes, according to the new law you must get full indemnity after completion of 10 years of service. Secondly the 3-month notice is mandatory and can’t be avoided unless there is an agreement on this issue with the company management.
