Syrian hit by speeding motorist dies Two women among several injured in traffic accidents

KUWAIT CITY, July 2: A 22-year old Syrian expatriate was hit and killed by a speeding motorist while crossing Al-Mughera Bin Shu’ba Street in Salmiya. A rescue team was deployed to the scene, following a distress call the Operations Room received about the accident. However, the victim had already died by the time the team arrived, so the corpse was taken to Forensics by Criminal Evidences Men.
Meanwhile, two citizens suffered various degrees of injuries in a two-car collision that occurred in Umm Al-Haiman area. The injured people were referred to the Adan Hospital by Medical Emergency Men.
An Egyptian expatriate and a Syrian were injured in different places of their bodies, with additional fractures after their cars collided in Shuwaikh zone, opposite the Saad Al-Abdullah Academy for Security Sciences.
They were sent to the Sabah Hospital for medical care.

Similarly, an Indian expatriate sustained injuries all over the body after crashing his vehicle into another vehicle in Yarmouk area. Paramedics were deployed to the location after the Operations Room had been notified in that concern and the injured man was carried to the Farwaniya Hospital.
Two cars smashed into each other along Al-Ghoss Street, opposite Rigga area, resulting in severe injuries to two Kuwaitis who were referred to the Adan Hospital by paramedics for medical attention.
A 60-year-old Lebanese man suffered head injuries when his vehicle rammed into a truck on the Sixth Ring Road. He was admitted to Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital.

Two Kuwaiti women and a Bedoun sustained multiple injuries when their vehicles collided on the Fifth Ring Road, going towards Jahra. They were taken to Sabah Hospital.
A 50-year-old Kuwaiti got serious head injuries when his car collided with another on Al-Nuwaiseeb Road. He is now confined at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Adan Hospital.
Two Kuwaiti teenagers suffered injuries in different parts of their bodies when their cars rammed into each other on the Sixth Ring Road. They were referred to Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital.
