KUWAIT CITY, June 28: The Criminal Court sentenced a Bangladeshi to death for trafficking in drugs.
Case files indicate the customs officers got suspicious when they noticed the unusual behavior of the Bangladeshi. However, they did not find anything when they searched him, so they offered him a cup of tea but he declined. The officers then conducted a test, leading to the discovery of 95 narcotic capsules weighing 300 grams in his stomach.
The session was presided over by Judge Hamoud Al-Mutawwa.
