Requirements for Dependent Visa for Children

I have a question about my twins, who were born in Farwaniya Hospital but I did not get residence for them and sent them to the Philippines, because I want my twins to grow up with their grandparents. Now I miss my twins and want to bring them back to Kuwait.

If I apply for the visas of my twins, what will be the requirement? Is the salary bracket essential or not because my twins were born here?

Name withheld

Answer:
There is only one major requirement — you should be earning at least KD 250 a month. It doesn’t matter where your children were born, the requirement remains the same.
You will also need their birth certificates, attested by your embassy and the Kuwait Foreign Ministry, an affidavit — again attested by your embassy and the Kuwait Foreign Ministry — showing your relation to them, copies of their passports, a copy of your work permit, ID card copies of your wife and yourself and a rental contract.

TwinsMarylou | 6/27/2011 4:45:34 PM Its easy to bring them back. First apply a passport for both of them then apply affidavit of support from Phil. Embassy. Make sure either the father or mother will bring them here, otherwise you will apply MINOR Travel Abroad from DSWD Philippines.Make sure you have the copy of your working permit. Good Luck!

If you are capable for twins, to arrange the above expenses, you are welcome to arrange dependant visa for your twins.
