I have been in Kuwait for the past 10 years. On my work permit (Izn-amal) my designation is sales agent (mandoob mubiat) and the salary is KD 250/-. I would like to know if I am eligible for a driving licence or not? Is my designation on the Traffic Department’s exemption list?
