Kuwaiti sought in visa trading, swindling several expatriates Boy hospitalized in fight over girl
KUWAIT CITY, June 15: Police are looking for a Kuwaiti man who is believed to be in his 50s for allegedly trading in visas, reports Al-Anba daily.
The arrest came when an Egyptian man filed a complaint against him with the Salhiya Police Station accusing the Kuwaiti of swindling him.
The Egyptian said the Kuwaiti received KD 700 to make residence permit for him. He added the Kuwaiti gave him a visit visa to enter Kuwait and promised to turn the visit visa into residence permit but after receiving the money he switched off his mobile.
Police discovered several other people had filed similar complaints against the man.
Fight over girl: A 21-year old citizen suffered injuries in different places of the body, as he engaged three other citizens in a fight at a beach off the Arabian Gulf Street over a girl. Acting on information, a rescue team arrived at the scene where paramedics referred the injured boy to the Amiri Hospital, and the other members of the feuding party were sent to a police station.
