Fake cops rob Asian Indian Driver in drug peddling

KUWAIT CITY, June 13: Police are looking for three people for impersonating police and robbing an Asian man in Bneid Al-Gar and compelling him to sign some documents, reports Al-Qabas daily.
The victim in his a complaint told police the three men claimed they were police and when he asked to see their ID, one of them threatened to shoot him with a pistol and escaped with KD 400 after forcing him to sign some papers.

Drugs thrown in house
: Police are looking for an unidentified person for ‘dropping’ drugs in the house of a police officer in Jabriya, reports Al-Rai daily.
The officer called police when he found a polyethylene bag containing drugs in front of his home.

Flags dumped in bin
: The Farwaniya police have arrested an Arab expatriate for deliberately dumping Kuwaiti flags in garbage bin, reports Al-Rai daily.
However, when the man was referred to the State Security police he was quoted as saying he did not have any bad intentions.
He added he got rid of the flags which were old and shabby.

Driver in drug peddling: An Indian driver of a Kuwaiti family was arrested by anti-narcotic officers in Andalous area for peddling in drugs. This follows information the Director General of Drug Control Department received about his activities.
Sources said a team of detectives was formed to trail the suspect and bring him to justice, and an undercover agent lured him to sell 10 grams of heroin for KD 100. He was arrested upon delivery of the drug, where he confessed to trading in narcotics. The officers referred him to the Public Prosecution.
