Drivers forced to work without contract
I have friends working in a private firm without any contract. They are not given the proper allowances or proper accommodation. Drivers are forced to travel to Iraq. Some drivers sleep in the trucks which don’t have any A/C. What should they do?

Answer: All this is against the Labour Law. Everyone must be provided a contract and also must be given their rights. What this firm is doing, if all the info provided is correct, amounts to ‘slavery’. If this is happening, then this firm must be reported to the Labour Dept which will take the necessary action.
