Afraid to fight Angie | 6/6/2011 1:56:36 PM in regard to this drivers they are afraid to fight bcoz this company threatened them not to gie there salary as a matter of fact wat date now there salary are not yet given, try to check with out giving them a prior notice there are nearly 300 laborers now sleeping in a truck in AIP and ther other driver is in Dumptruck to Boubyan..with out insurance last month there is accident happend 2 tucks bump and burned together with the driver its nepaly nationality , hope the responsible agency will take a quick action before worst happen ...

But, working inside the company, if you complain in shoun, it is against company, lead to slavery more and more. Accommodation is not part of employer obligation. it is your obligation to arrange your own accommodations, particularly for drivers. Arranging in iraq also difficult. Sending to iraq is illegal. You can complain in embassy or reject not to go iraq, before starting driving. As a low salaried employee, you cannot fight against company in shoun or court. better try good job, good company. you cannot do anything against company and sleeping inside trucks. pray to god.
