30 days Annual leave per year

Please let me know how many days of annual leave is a worker allowed every year under the new Labour Law.

Name withheld

Answer:
Every worker is entitled to 30 days of annual leave with full pay. But he must have completed nine months of continuous service before he gets his first leave.
Weekly and official holidays are not counted in calculating leave.
The employer has the right to fix the date of the leave and can even grant it partially if he has the consent of the employee.
So the calculation of the leave salary will be as follows: 30divided by 26 x the monthly salary. Please remember you should be getting more than your month’s salary.
