Winning the toss Expit captain asked Kiran captain to bat first. After a lethal start from Naeem who scored 51 runs in only 12 balls had Expit on the backfoot. Naeem went on smashing for boundries and made 88 runs with 6 6s and 7 4s in only 33 balls.
Kashif was the 2nd high scorer by placing his shots in the gap and had 59runs under his name, then it was Adnan who had a quick knock of 53 which helped Kiran cricket club scoring 248 in 20 overs. Expit Nisar was the only successful bowler who took 4 wickets.
Jasim Shehzad started well when he took the wicket of Umer with a great catch from Adnan. Then it was up to skipper Farooq who came and had a great spell and took a vital wicket of Faisal by bowling his shooter and had him bowled. Abdullah next was again the victim of Farooq. Jasim and Farooq had Expit worried when both of the bowlers sharing 8 overs took 5 wickets and gave only 60 runs. Then it was Raffat Khan and Harmeet Singh who shared 2 each and had Kiran Cricket club on the winning side.
Expit could only manage 159 and Kiran cricket club (sponsored by Cyberoam) won by 89 runs. Thanks to a very well organized tournament by Asad Baig who organized and sponsored the Gulf Consult Premier league 2011 and made it look good as always.
