According to Al-Mulla, the minister doesn’t care about the ministry’s interests and pays no attention to warnings by the MPs. “We have proof that some senior ministry officials have transactions with corrupt personalities in the cooperative societies”, he claimed, stressing that Al-Afasi has failed to manage affairs in the cooperative societies.
Meanwhile, Al-Afasi challenged Al-Mulla to prove any of his officials involves in the affairs of cooperative societies. I hope the MP will apologize to the senior officials in the ministry, he added. However, Al-Mulla maintained it’s not honorable to apologize to corrupt senior officials.

Speaking during the seminar, Hayef asserted the visit of the revered scholar conveyed a clear message to the extremist Shiites, who have been spreading rumors against the companions of the Prophet (PBUH). He affirmed the extremist Shiites will benefit from the seminar if they would only realize that most of the members of the sect are not against Muslim women leaders and the companions of the Prophet (PBUH).
On the other hand, Al-Amin asserted there are good persons among the Shiites who object to the Iranian vision of attacking the Sunnis. He cited his personal experience, saying that he left the south in 2008 due to his desire to spread moderate ideology and respect for other sects. He compared extremism to fire, that spreads quickly regardless of the source, and only moderation can control it. He also stressed the need to make the young generation understand the difference between religious and political leaders.
