No wedding bells

KUWAIT CITY, May 12: A disabled Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint with the Sulaibikhat Police Station accusing an unidentified bedoun of cheating her, reports Al-Shahed daily.
According to reports the suspect promised to marry the woman and collected from her KD 1,800 under some pretext and never showed his face again. Police will summon the man for interrogation.

Rental car stolen: A 40-year-old citizen has filed a complaint with the Hawalli Police Station accusing an unidentified person of stealing a car from his car rental office, reports Alam Alyawm daily.
In his complaint, the man said he discovered the theft of the car when he went to work in the morning.
The information about the car has been circulated to all police patrol cars.
Police are looking for the culprit.

Woman cheated: A Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint with the Sulaibia Police Station accusing her friend of fraud and cheating her to the tune of KD 10,000, reports Al- Rai daily.
In her complaint, the woman said the suspect was organizing a ‘chit fund’ and when it was her turn to get the money she was shocked when the suspect refused to give her the money.
The complainant has given police information about the suspect. She will be summoned for interrogation.
