Baby tomatoes salad
Ingredients:
- Ripe baby tomatoes;
- Vinegar or balsamic vinegar;
- Extra virgin olive oil;
- Oregano or basil;
- Salt for seasoning
Method: Half the baby tomatoes and put them into a small bowl. Sprinkle with some drops of extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with few drops of vinegar (not too much). Add some oregano or, as alternative, 4-5 leaves of fresh basil. Add a pinch of salt. Stir everything together and serve as a side dish.
