Fruit Cobbler

 Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces butter;
  • 1 cup sugar;
  • 1 cup flour;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • 3/4 cup milk;
  • dash salt;
  • 1 can fruit pie filling


Method:
Melt butter in a baking dish. Mix all other ingredients except fruit in a medium bowl. Pour this over the butter. Pour pie filling over the top. Bake at 350 F° 45 to 60 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
