Fruit Cobbler
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces butter;
- 1 cup sugar;
- 1 cup flour;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- 3/4 cup milk;
- dash salt;
- 1 can fruit pie filling
Method: Melt butter in a baking dish. Mix all other ingredients except fruit in a medium bowl. Pour this over the butter. Pour pie filling over the top. Bake at 350 F° 45 to 60 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
