Killer’s brother stabbed in revenge attack by Kuwait citizen
KUWAIT CITY, April 28: Police are looking for an unidentified Kuwaiti who is said to have stabbed the brother of a convict who has served a seven-year prison term for the murder of the brother of the former in 2004, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily added the victim has been admitted to the intensive care unit of the Farwaniya Hospital with three stab wounds. The incident happened in Sulaibiya.
The victim has been hospitalized under police protection.
Two hurt in fight: Two Kuwaitis who were injured during a fight involving five men have been admitted to the Amiri Hospital, reports Alam Alyawm daily.
The daily quoting security sources said police and paramedics acting on information rushed to the spot and controlled the situation and rushed the injured to the hospital.
The incident happened outside a café in Sharq. The others have been referred to a police station for interrogation.
Woman sponsor thief: An Asian man, whose identity has not been disclosed, has filed a complaint with the Salhiya Police Station accusing his female sponsor of stealing his wallet containing KD 250, reports Al-Rai daily. The theft occurred at one of the markets in the Capital governorate.
