Dependent visa expired in home country
My wife and children (under age 10) were in Kuwait for four years. Recently they went out of the country to process vital documents but could not return immediately and their residence expired. What should I do to get them back to Kuwait? Do I get a visit visa and convert it to a family visa or start new residence procedures altogether?

Answer: You need to start new residence procedures all over again. You need to get dependent visas, get their medical done and then get their residence stamped. You can’t transfer visit visas to dependent visas so it is no use taking that route.
