Answer: You have to submit an application to the Immigration Department. Attach to the application photo-copies of his passport, your civil ID and passport. Sometimes they ask for a salary certificate.
Remember that you can use the visit visa within three months from the date of issue and the visa is also valid for three months from the date of entry into Kuwait.
