Bean Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed;
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed;
- 1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed;
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped;
- 3/4 cup salsa;
- 1/4 cup fat free French dressing;
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder; salt and pepper to taste.
Method: In a large bowl, toss together the black beans, garbanzo beans, cannellini beans, water chestnuts, salsa, and dressing. Season with garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Cover, and chill until serving.
