Wife beats up Kuwaiti Husband KD 2,000 cash, jewellery worth KD 3,000 stolen from two homes

KUWAIT CITY, April 8: Personnel from the Jahra Criminal Investigation department are looking for unidentified thieves who allegedly broke into two homes one each in Taima and Saad Al-Abdullah and stole valuables, reports Al-Anba daily.
According to a security source an unidentified citizen has filed a complaint with the Saad Al-Abdullah Police Station accusing the thieves of stealing gold jewelry from his home worth KD 3,000.
Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints from the scene of the crime.
In another incident in Taima the thieves are said to have stolen KD 2,000 from the safe.
Police believe the theft might have been carried out by the same people who robbed the house in Saad Al-Abdullah.

Wife assaults husband: A Kuwaiti man has filed a complaint with the Sabah Al-Salem police accusing his wife of beating him, reports Al-Anba daily.
In his complaint the man said the wife beat him and escaped from the home and went to her parents following a misunderstanding between them.
The citizen has also submitted a medical report showing bruises on his body and face.
The daily added according to the complainant the wife lost her temper when the husband asked her to prepare dinner for him.
A case has been registered against the wife.

Indian loses KD 155 to conman: An Indian man, whose identity has not been disclosed, has filed a complaint against a compatriot for swindling him, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
According to the complainant the suspect told the victim that he had won a KD 20,000 prize and that he should deposit KD 155 into his account to be eligible to win the prize money.
The victim fell for the trap and transferred the money into the suspect’s account and waited for the money to come but nothing happened.
A case has been filed with the Nugra Police Station. The suspect has been summoned for interrogation.

Car thief beaten black & blue: Four Kuwaitis taught a lesson to an unidentified person after he stole the car of a female compatriot, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to a security source the woman parked her car in front of a pharmacy in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh and the thief who was watching from far attempted to steal the car. Luckily the citizens saw him and chased him, caught him and beat him severely and handed him over to the police.
