KUWAIT CITY, April 1: Security operatives apprehended two Asians for selling pornographic CDs in Jleeb Shuyoukh area. They were sent to the relevant authority without delay.

590 bottles of liquor seized: The Ahmadi police have arrested two Asians and seized from them 590 bottles of locally manufactured liquor, reports Annahar daily.
According to reports the Director-General of the Ahmadi Security Directorate Major-General Abdul-Fatah Al-Ali received information that some bootleggers were selling liquor in the suburb of Ali Salem.
Acting on this information police set a trap for the men and caught the suspects and seized from them the large quantity of liquor including the liquor manufacturing equipment.
During interrogation the men are said to have admitted to the charge.

2 illegals held with bottles of liquor: Two Asian expatriates violating the residency law were arrested by securitymen at a checkpoint in Jleeb Shuyoukh area in possession of unspecified quantity of local brew packaged for sale.
According to sources, securitymen discovered the crime after checking their details on computer and conducting a search inside their vehicle. They were referred, with the contraband, to the concerned authority for necessary action.
