Ingredients:

• 4 ripe peaches;
• 1/2 cup lemon juice;
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar;
• Ice Cream Base1 cup milk;
• 3/4 cup sugar;
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Method: Finely chop or mash peaches. Combine peaches, lemon juice, and 1/2 cup sugar in a small, airtight container. Chill peach mixture in the frige for at least 2 hours. Ice Cream Base-Mix milk and sugar together, dissolving the sugar. Strain peaches and add juice to milk mixture, setting peaches aside. Stir in heavy cream. Pour into ice cream maker.
