My residence expired a month ago and my company has given me a release. But when the mandoub (representative) of the new company went to submit my paper in the shoon (Ministry of Social Affairs & Labor), the shoon rejected the application saying there was some problem with my old company but they didn’t describe the problem. Now my old sponsor or mandoub are not ready to resolve this issue. My sponsor is not in Kuwait for the last two three years. What can I do to get my visa transferred to the new company?

Answer: There is not much you can do. If your company’s file is closed then there can be no transaction. The only way is to go to court and file a case. In this way the court could order the transfer.
