Answer: All you need is a copy of your daughter’s passport, an affidavit — attested by your embassy and the Kuwait Foreign Ministry — showing your relation to the person you wish to call, a copy of the work permit, a copy of the rental contract and a copy of your Civil ID card.
You should have no problems getting the visit visa but it can’t be converted to a dependent visa. This is allowed only for infants.
The best thing would be to apply for a dependent visa straight away instead of the visit visa.
