I want to resign and as per law I have to work for 3 months. My duty hours are 8 hours a day. I want to know how many hours I have to work after my resignation?

Answer: Nothing changes as far as your schedule is concerned. You will still have to work 8 hours a day but your employer can exempt you from all the work if he so desires.
If you, however, are terminated then you have to be given a whole day, or eight hours, off every week to look for a new job.
