potato and pineapple salad
Potato and Pineapple Salad
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs Potatoes,
- 1/2 can pineapple cubes;
- 1/2 cup yogurt;
- 2 stalks celery
Method:Boil the potatoes, after they’re done, drain the potatoes & return them to the uncovered pot off the heat. Let them sit until almost room temperature. Once the potatoes are cooled, peeling them and cut into cubes. Finally in a bowl add the cubed potatoes, pineapple, chopped celery and yogurt and serve.
