First clear your absconding case with lawyer then, shoun will give release, after your case is over in 5 months. No need to talk to company for release. Now, contact any lawyer, and one relative to sign, bail warrant as surety. Go to nearest police station in your company registered area. Surrender in morning. Same day, you will be arrested and sent to deportation centre. Tell lawyer to come for bail warrant with your relative, who sign as pledge, surety with passport. Lawyer will take you out of jail as bail. After 5 days, go to salmiya, civil investigation department, along with lawyer, to clear the case. take that case cleared letter to shoun, once case is over, you can do local transfer. Nothing to worry, your akama, till june. it is valid. after that pay 2 kd fine and make new akama in new company, after shoun case is over. consult a lawyer for surrender and bail.

SrivilGeri | 2/15/2011 5:22:59 PM could you give your advice how to comply with absconding case, which i have two transfer paper ready, first is with my old company which they refuse to give me and now i have another transfer paper which they refuse to take because the put a fake absconding case, i would like to know what procedure i need to do? is shoun will entertain me? is its true that if i will go to shoun and they will out that i have a case do they could refer me to police custody before my case could be fix? as i have still valid visa JUNE 2011 and can i avail the amnesty if ever and is their a amnesty this year?
