I took a job with another company and asked for the transfer of my residence. This company gave me all papers to transfer my visa but my current company increased my salary and I decided not to transfer to the new company. Now I am afraid I will face problems with the new company. What can I do?

Answer: The new company can’t do anything because you are still under the sponsorship of your old firm. The new company just gave you the papers for signatures from your current sponsor. Until these papers are processed with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, you have the right to change your mind and there is nothing the new company can do about it.
