Notice period although residence is not with the company

I have been working with a company for the last 5 months. However, I have no offer letter or contract with them. I am only getting a flat salary with no extra benefits. My residency is also not with them. I have not found another job and would like to leave the country. How many days notice do I have to give this company?

Name withheld

Answer:
In spite of all the above you still have to give the company a 3-month notice unless you reach some agreement which lets you out of the notice time period required by the Labor Law.
