Deported for filing case against employer
I filed a case against my employer for not giving my yearly vacation for about 2 years and 11 months. I also asked him to give back my passport, release and my salary. On the first and 2nd hearing he didn’t come to the Ministry of Labour but the third time he came with police and took me to jail. The police confiscated my appointment paper and deported me while the case was being heard as my residency had expired. Is it reasonable that they stopped me from continuing my case? Is there anything I can do to return to Kuwait?

Answer: What the police and sponsor did was wrong but after a year the ban can be lifted if you delegate someone to apply for it at the Ministry of Interior.
You can then try to come back by getting a new visa. You can also file a case against your sponsor and the police. But this time, if you decide, file a case in court and not the Ministry of Social Affairs & Labor which is helpless when it comes to stopping deportations. Once a case is in a judicial court, no one can touch you.
