Get me a beautiful girl, drunkard asks school guards 8 Asians held in raid on a vice den in Jahara

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 24: Police are looking for an unidentified drunkard for verbally abusing security guards of a school for girls, reports Al-Shahed daily.
According to reports the suspect went near the gate of the school and asked the guards to get him a beautiful girl. When he sensed the arrival of police he escaped on foot.

8 held in raid: Acting on information and armed with an arrest warrant, the Jahra police raided a vice den and arrested an Asian pimp and seven prostitutes and referred them to the concerned authorities, reports Alam Alyawm daily.

Police insulted: The Ahm-adi police have arrested a Kuwaiti man who is believed to be in his 40s for consuming alcohol and insulting police on duty, reports Al-Shahed daily.
According to reports this happened when police went to investigate the man who was seen parking his car on an open ground in a suspicious manner.
When police asked the man for his ID, he reportedly made some gestures with his hands and when an officer went close to the man, he got smell of alcohol.
When police demanded to see his identification papers, he got annoyed and verbally abused the officer.
The drunkard has been referred to the authorities.

Lawyer threatened: An unidentified lawyer has filed a complaint with the Salhiya Police Station accusing a client of threatening to kill him, reports Al-Shahed daily.
In his complaint the man said the suspect did this more than once. The client will be summoned for interrogation.

Kuwaiti cheated: A Kuw-aiti man has filed a complaint with the Farwaniya Police Station accusing an Egyptian man of cheating him, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
The complainant said he gave the Egyptian KD 10,000 to run a joint business and the suspect is said to have disappeared with the money.
When police tried to call the man on his cell phone, they found it switched off or out of the coverage area.

‘Son abducted’: A Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint with the Ahmadi police accusing her compatriot ex-husband of kidnapping their son and ‘escaping’ to a neighboring country, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
In her complaint the woman said the man lives in the neighboring country and seldom visits Kuwait. A case has been registered.
