Agility resumes regular operations following Sulaibiya warehouse fire Co working to determine extent of damage

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 19: Agility today reported that it has resumed regular operations following the fire that broke out at one of its warehouses in Sulaibiya on Sunday. The company has a large network of logistics facilities in Kuwait, and is using additional warehouse capacity in Sulaibiya, Doha and Mina Abdullah to operate normally. This ensures business continuity and mitigates any further impact on those customers affected by the fire. Agility’s warehouse management systems also continue to run unaffected at all locations, ensuring goods are received and processed as usual.
While the fire was brought under control shortly after it was discovered, the fire services continue to be present at the location to ensure further safety measures. The cause of the fire is still unknown at this time and the company is working to determine the exact extent of damage. It has been confirmed that there were no casualties.
